Thai Banana friiters | Nentram palam Deep Fry

Thai banana Fritters. My bestie is a malayali and i tasted 'palampuri'( a kind of nendirampala baji) when we had a trip to kochi. After that i was asking her for the recipe from her grandma but she didn't still(we both got married and have kids also now ).;)

I got this recipe from a fb page 'Taste made'. I tried and liked this very much and this is better than palampuri, actually the palampuri is a bit oily and this is a crunchy one and not have much oil. I have also tried this with apple with the same left over batter and that too taste yumm...And i also want to dedicate this recipe to my dear frnd Vinitha Saravanan.
