Aval Ladoo | Poha Laadu

Ingredients
Poha / Aval-1 cup(thick variety)
Sugar -1/2 Cup
Ghee-1/4 cup
Elachi-3
Nuts / raisins for garnish
Sugar -1/2 Cup
Ghee-1/4 cup
Elachi-3
Nuts / raisins for garnish
Method:
- Dry roast the poha till golden brown and grind it into powder(make sure the blender is dry).
- Seive the powdered poha in to a clean dry bowl.
- Now powder the sugar ,elachi and seive it into the powdered poha and mix everthing well.
- Now heat the ghee ,fry the nuts and add the hot ghee into the poha mixture and mix well usind a spoon.
- Wait for few mins for the temperature to reduce to handle and make ladoos.
Notes:
- if you are using a thin aval /poha then reduce the ghee.
- If you are not using the nuts then just heat the ghee and add it.
- Increase the sugar as per your taste.
