Wheat Flour Laadu | Atta Laadu is similar to maa laadu,only thing is we need to dry roast the wheat flour.I tried this for first time when i was pregnant and was carving for sweets.So this sweets always makes me remember my Pregnancy days.Do share your Experience...

Ingredients
Atta | Wheat Flour-1/2 Cup
Sugar 1/4 Cup
Ghee-1/3 Cup
Elachi-2
Almonds -9 (op)
Sugar 1/4 Cup
Ghee-1/3 Cup
Elachi-2
Almonds -9 (op)
Method:
- First in a clean dry jar powder the Sugar and seive it
- In a pan dry roast the wheat flour till light golden brown or till nice aroma comes.(make sure not to burn,so stir continously)
- Now mix both the powder well.
- In a pan add ghee and fry the Almonds ,then pour it into the Wheat flour & sugar mixture and mix well with the spoon.
- when you can handle the heat start making round ladoo out of it.
- If you feel the mixture is dry adjust by adding extra ghee
- Atta Ladoos are ready !!!
Notes:
- If you are not using Almonds or any nuts, just heat the ghee and add it.
- You can add up to 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup ,adjust as per your taste.
