Potukadalai Urandai | Maa Laadu |Maa ladoo Recipe is a protein rich easy sweet which any one can make,not so difficult lik boondi laadu and no need of expertise required,no need to use many vessels and in a less time you can make this and enjoy.

Ingredients
Roasted gram dal | Potukadalai-1 Cup
Sugar-1/2 Cup
Ghee-1/4 Cup
Elachi-2
Cashew -9 (op)
Sugar-1/2 Cup
Ghee-1/4 Cup

Method:
- First in a clean dry jar powder the gram dal and seive it
- In the same jar add the sugar , elachi and powder it & seive.
- Now mix both the powder well.
- In a pan add ghee and fry the cashews ,then pour it into the gram dal & sugar mixture and mix well with the spoon.
- when you can handle the heat start making round ladoo out of it.
- If you feel the mixture is dry adjust by adding extra ghee
- Yummy Maa ladoos are ready ,enjoy...
Notes:
- If you are not using cashew or any nuts, just heat the ghee and add to the gram dal & sugar mixture .
- You can add up to 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup ,adjust as per your taste.
