  1. Wash the strawberry well, most of the berries have more pesticides.
  2. 2 add
  3. Roughly chop the strawberry ,now add it to the pan along with sugar and water.
  4. 2 add
  5. Bring it to boil for 10 mins. After that reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer until strawberries are mushy and sauce is thick.(use potato smasher to smash)
  6. Once done switch off and allow it to cool.(you can also blend in mixer once it cooled completely)
  7. Serve with any dessert.

Notes:

  • You can also first add sugar and water ,once the sugar done add strawberries.
  • I use this mostly for Pancakes and pannacota(if using for pannacota | Cheesecake | Jelly u have to add gelatin mixture and also blend the strawberry before cooking or blend the syrup once cooled down completely)(how to add gelatin mixture coming soon in my future post's)
  • You can also strain the syrup alone and refrigerate for 3-4 days and use it for Ice cream or milk shakes.
  • Perfect for Kids.
