Rava ladoo

Ingredients
Rava/Sooji -1cup
Sugar-1/2 cup
Dried coconut/powdered nuts-4 tbsp
Cashew-10
Raisins-10
Cardamom powder -1/4 tsp
Ghee-2 tbsp
Sugar-1/2 cup

Raisins-10
Cardamom powder -1/4 tsp
Ghee-2 tbsp
Milk-2 tbsp
Method:
- In a wide pan add ghee,once the ghee melted add in cashew, raisins and fry till golden.
- Add in sooji /Rava (preferably kesari rava) and saute till the rava fryed in ghee.
- now add the sugar and give a quick mix.
- Gradually add milk( can replace with water also) and mix well to make sugar dissolve ,this stickyness helps to hold ladoo in shape.
- once mixed well remove from flame and allow it to cool for few mins to handle easily and not to burn your hands.
- Shape it and store in a air tight container for 4-5 days (if you are not using milk and coconut ,it can stay more than a week).
Notes:
- For ethnic Flavour can add cardomon powder.
- Can use dried & powdered coconut and powdered almond or any nuts of your choice to make it more healthy and to try different variation
