Ingredients
Cashew-250 gm
Milk powder--40gm
Sugar-200gm
Water-100ml
Dried Rose Petal-1 Tbsp

Method:
- Make sure cashew is fresh and crisp.Take small at a time and pulse in mixer grinder
- Sieve the cashew powder and remove all the lumb.
- Mix Milk powder and cashew powder together.
- In iron pan or non stick pan add water ,sugar and allow to boil.
- When you see big bubbles do sugar test in cold water,the sugar syrup should not dissolve in water.
- At this Stage switch off cashew and milk powder mixture .
- Mix well and spread the mixture around the pan and allow it to cool a bit.
- when its firm enough transfer it to a plastic or silicone sheet and knead into a soft and smooth dough
- Now roll it thick sheet and allow it to firm and cut into desired shapes.
Notes:
- Broken cashews will be perfect for this
- don't allow sugar syrup to boil so much
