Products of Soya bean(like soya milk,soyabean curd,tofu,pudding) is very famous among Singaporeans.As Soya has highest source of proteins(40%) of all Legumes.So its a good option for Vegetarians and kids. Try this once and you never stop preparing this. I love this dosa due to its crunchiness and thin texture.

Ingredients
Idly Rice-2 Cup
Soy bean-1/2 cup
Methi/Fenugreek-1tsp
Salt

Method:
- Wash rice and soya&methi seperately ,Soak it for 2 to 4 hours.
- Grind as a fine paste in a blender by adding enough water.
- Add salt and mix well using your hands and allow it to ferment for 6 to 7 hours.
- Now add some water to adjust the consistency and make dosa's with oil/ghee.
Notes:
- You can also mix raw rice and idly rice in equal portion
- You can also add soya powder instead.
- Serve hot with chutney
