This is a very easy tandoori with simple ingredients.I tryed this first time in stove top came out very well and got a good comment from my hubby saying"Best among Non-veg" in my cooking.Here is the Tandoori chicken recipe ,try this and suprise ur lovely ones and let me know ur comments...

Ingredients
Chicken Thigh-2
Onion-1
Thick Curd-1/2 cup
Garlic-1 clove
Ginger-1/2 inch
Green chilli-2
Lemon juice-1 tbsp
Garam masala-1/2 tbsp
Red color (op)
Red chilli pwdr-1/2 tsp(op)
Salt as per taste
Oil for Brushing

Method:
- Grind the onion,ginger,garlic,greenchilli,garam masala,redchilli pwdr,salt and curd into a paste.
- Now mix the red color and lemon juice and apply this into the chicken fully .
- In a zip lock bag/bowl add the ground paste and add the chicken pieces into it and mix well .
- Now marinate the chicken for min of 8 hrs or over night.
- If you are using a grill pan brush the oil and cook the chicken till its cooked fully .
- If you are using oven preheat the oven for 10 mins and brush the oil and cook in the maximum temp(250 c) for about 20-30 mins till its cooked.
- Serve hot....
Notes:
- The ground paste will be watery dont worry.use the remaining paste fr something else or discard.
- I used thick curd,if u dont have no probs grind everything except curd and add it finally to the ground paste.
- Use some aluminium foil paper below the chicken to collect the oil dripping,so cleaning will be easy
