end

I know many of you have added green tea in your diet like me,but due to the sour flavor it will be tough to take it daily.Even though we dont lik, due to various health benefits or to reduce weight we are compelled to take it.This Pineapple iced green tea is a very tasty and no one cant find that it has green tea in it
I got a tip from my frnd ravita that you can  prepare the green tea and add it to your water bottle,1st day it will be difficult but you  will be used to it day by day.
There was big comedy story which was happened in my family, last year i went to india for my sisy delivery. One day my sisy's hubby's grandpa came to our home to meet my sisy.As it was a sudden visit, der is no milk or fruits at home to prepare a drink,I planed to prepare a green tea and gave him.He asked wats this and we said its a green tea, which is very good for health. Then he bought green tea bags and gave it to grandma it seems and she dono how to use it.
Two days later my sisy's hubby came home and i asked him shall i prepare you a tea, then he said no no i just had green tea in grandma's home and he said ,that grandma prepared milk tea using  the green tea bags ,as she dono how to use it ;) and every one started laughing. So when ever i heard that some one is scared of green tea,i remembr this green tea incident.
