Ingredients
Liver - 350 gm
Onion-2
Ginger &Garlic Paste-1 tbsp
Coriander Pwdr-1 tbsp
Red Chilli Pwdr-1 tbsp
Coriander leaves-few
Curry Leaves
Salt as per taste
Oil - 2 tbsp

Method:
- Wash the Liver with turmeric,salt and cut into small pieces..
- Chop the onion and grind (badam,cashew,cinnamon,elachi,cloves and poppy seed) into a paste.
- In a pan add oil ,once hot add the onion and cook till golden brown.
- Then add G&G pste some salt and cook till raw smell goes.
- Now add the redchilli , coriander pwdr and fry for 5 secs.
- Its time to add the liver mix well and cook till the color of liver changes to pale.
- Now add the ground paste and 1 cup of water and let it boil till the water is reduced.
- Once you get the desired consistency .Switch off flame and add the coriander leaves.

Notes:
- I used kashmiri chilli pwdr for color.Spicy lovers add more.
- Goes good with rice ,dosa & idly.
