Adai has rich in protein content ,as we are using variety of dals.This is a perfect and healthy food for childrens.When you dont have dosa batter at home and you can prepare this by soaking it in morning ,grinding it in evening and healthy adai is ready for dinner as this needs no fermentation process.

Ingredients
Idli Rice-1 cup
Masoor dal-1 tbsp(mysore paruppu)
Urad dal-1 tbsp(ulutham paruppu)
Moong dal-1 tbsp(paasi paruppu)
Green gram dal-1 tbsp(pachchai payaru)
Soya-1 tbsp(op)
Channa dal-1 tbsp(kadalai parupu)
Red chilli-1
Hing -1/4 tsp(perungayam)
Salt as per taste

Method:
- In a bowl add all the ingredients except salt and hing,wash it once or twice .
- Add some water and soak it for about 4 hour.(dont forget to add red chilli also while soaking).
- Then grind it coarsely and watery with required water
- Now add salt ,hing and mix it well
- Fermentation is not required as you can use this batter instantly.
- You can add chopped onion and curry leaves,and make thick aadai or Simply use it as like regular dosa batter and make crispy dosa’s.
Notes:
- If you skip add red chilli while soaking and if you add at the last it will be spicy,so better replace chopped green chilli’s instead.
- Adding ground nut /peanut oil for dosa’s increase the taste
- Add more chilli as per your taste.As i am giving to my kid i used only one here.
- If you make normal dosa’s serve hot ,as it will become hard soon.
