Sausage Braids

Preparation Time:20 mins | Serves: 2

Ingredients

bread slices- 2 (big)

Sausage| Hot-dog -2

Egg- 1

Method:

Beat the whole egg till combined well.And preheat the oven to 200 degree for 5 mins .

Decrust the bread by removing the brown edges of the bread.

Now cut the bread halfway from the middle with 2 cm gap .

Do the same on the other side with alternate cuts.

Now keep the sausage| Hot dogs in the middle and fold the bread flaps over it by alternating each other, use egg mixture to stick the bread on one another.

Now brush the egg wash fully and bake it in oven for 10 mins or till its golden brown .

Serve it with mustard sauce or any other sauce.

Notes:

You can use any other stuffing ,its all up on your creativity.
Use multi-grain to make it healthier choice.
Use long bread to get perfect braids.I don't get long bread ,so used usual bread.
