Coconut Chutney with additional few ingredients makes it taste Hotel Style Coconut Chutney .I have additionally added curry leaves ,ginger and
coriander leaves and in which ginger helps to resolve indigestion caused by coconut.

Hotel Style Coconut Chutney

Ingredients for Chutney
Coconut - Half | 1 Cup
Roasted gram dal -4 tbsp
Green Chilli-2 or more
Ginger- thumb size
Curry leaves- 5 to 6
Corinader leaves- 1 whole
Salt

For Tempering
Mustard- 1/2 tsp
Urad dal- 1 tsp
Channa dal- 1 tsp
Cuury leaves - few
Oil- 2 tbsp
Urad dal- 1 tsp
Channa dal- 1 tsp
Cuury leaves - few
Oil- 2 tbsp
Method:
- Add all the items under "ingredeints for chutney" in a blender and gring into a smooth paste.
- Now temper the items given and add it to the chutney.
- Serve with any item and it tatse yumm!.
Notes:
- Always use firm ,with white flesh that has little water remaining , which is perfect for gravies and chutneys.More firm flesh is perfect for taking coconutmilk.
- If you wish temper it with Coconut oil.
- To keep any chutneys longer add a piece of tamrind while grinding.
