Pepper Cashew | How to roast the cashew in Oven

Pepper Cashew | Cashew with Pepper and Salt is a simple snack that you can make oly with cashew.You don't need a big batch to do this just 1/4 cup cashew is more than enough to prepare this.Recently i found roast nuts and dals in oven , so here i have given how to roast cashew too. Preparation Time:10 mins | Serves: 2-3

Ingredients


Cashew - 1 cup

Salt as needed

Pepper pwdr - 1/2 tp 1 tbsp

Oil- 1/2 tbsp

Method:

  1. You no need to preheat the oven for this.Just place the cashew in a baking tray in single layer.
  2. 2 add
  3. Now keep the tray in oven and bake it at 150 degree celcius for 8- 10 mins.You have to mix in between for even browning.
  4. 2 add
  5. Once its started changing into golden brown,Remove from the oven and add salt,oil,pepper and mix well till its coated fully .
  6. Allow it to cool and serve.

Notes:

  • Do the same with pan also.
  • If you want it to be spicy add a pinch of red chilli pwdr too.
