We all know that broccoli is packed with lot of health benefits but the smell it gives is so tasteless and children hates that .Do you know broccoli is low in calories and high in vitamin A,C,Potassium and calcium .In fact,it has more vitamin C than one glass of orange juice.I started using broccoli for the first time when my baby started having solid foods. As it have lot of health benefits I want to include broccoli in our menu also like using it making chapatti, gravy and found this fry recipe in a TV show .I know deep fry is not a good option as it will lost its health benefit. So when you prepare this fry for children’s, blanch it for 1 min and don’t deep fry for too long. I am sure that your childrens love this fry .
