Ingredients
Baby corn -12
Crushed pepper-1/2 tsp
Ginger&Garlic paste-1/2 tsp
Lemon juice-1/2 tsp
Corn flour-1 tbsp
Rice flour-1 tbsp
Curry leaves –1 tsp finely chopped
Salt as per taste
Oil for deep frying

Method:
- Clean and cut the corns into medium size and partially boil it with little turmeric .
- Remove all the excess water using a cloth.
- Now coat the corn with G&G paste,lemon juice and salt & mix fully.
- In a bowl mix rice flour,corn flour and pepper pwdr.
- Now add this mixture into corn and mix well until it coats nicely.
- Finally add the curry leaves and deep fry it in hot oil.
Notes:
- Add more flour if you want more coating.
- Don’t forget to remove the excess water from half boiled corn,else it will absorb more oil.
